Absolutely 5/5 stars! David demonstrated a level of knowledge that was positively astounding both in examining properties, and pertaining to the real estate transaction itself. Our home sold in 3 weeks and he made it as easy and stress free as possible. David utilized a professional photographer that cost me nothing out of pocket, and made our home look phenomenal! He was absolutely spot on with communication and is very prompt in responding via text or phone (Also, never once in months did I feel like a bother, not even once).
